To be eligible for a return:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the issue

Return Shipping

Because we ship directly from international suppliers:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
We will provide the correct return address after your request is approved. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

In some cases (especially for low-cost items), we may issue a refund without requiring the product to be returned.
