We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Because we ship directly from international suppliers:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We will provide the correct return address after your request is approved. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
In some cases (especially for low-cost items), we may issue a refund without requiring the product to be returned.
Non-Returnable Items

Collective Products
For products shipped by our suppliers, return eligibility and shipping costs are determined by the individual supplier. Please contact us and we'll coordinate the return with the appropriate supplier.
